Meet Dr. Sarah Tkachuk, DC

Dr. Sarah Tkachuk is a dedicated chiropractor with a strong passion for helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto, after completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University. Now back in her hometown of Sudbury, Dr. Tkachuk is thrilled to offer her expertise and support to her community.

With a deep commitment to patient-centered care, Dr. Tkachuk believes in not just treating symptoms, but empowering patients to take control of their own health journey. She strives to educate and equip each person with the tools they need to optimize their function and well-being, all while taking a personalized approach to treatment.

Dr. Tkachuk uses a variety of chiropractic techniques, including Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy, to create tailored treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique needs and goals. She’s also trained in Active Release Therapy, Postpartum Rehabilitation, and Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Rehab, ensuring that she has the knowledge to treat a wide range of conditions.

As a proud member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, the Ontario Chiropractic Association, and a registered practitioner with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, Dr. Tkachuk is committed to maintaining the highest standards of care.

When she’s not helping her patients, Dr. Tkachuk enjoys staying active, exploring new places through travel, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and dog.

Volunteerism
Dr. Tkachuk loves participating in different events and is always excited to be a part of the action. During her undergrad, she assisted on the sidelines of many sports teams including football, rugby, basketball and more, helping athletes to get back in the game.
In her final year of Chiropractic College, Dr. Tkachuk was selected as 1 of 13 interns that travelled to volunteer abroad in Dominican Republic. While participating in the outreach, she had an unforgettable experience providing chiropractic care, and basic health services to underserviced communities. This was truly an amazing experience, and the biggest highlight of her internship.
